Our A2 Desi Cow Ghee is deeply rooted in Indian tradition. It is made from the A2 milk of indigenous Gir cows, raised naturally without synthetic hormones. The preparation follows the age-old Bilona curd-churning method, a time-honoured process passed down through generations.
TRADITIONAL BILONA METHOD:
In this process, fresh A2 milk is first set into curd, which is then hand-churned in two directions to extract butter. This butter is gently simmered to produce pure A2 ghee, known for its rich aroma, golden texture, and authentic taste.
