We started Ardent Source with one simple belief — you shouldn't have to choose between food that tastes good and food that's good for you.

Growing up with authentic Indian food, we knew what real ghee tasted like, what proper spices smelled like, and how a homemade snack felt different from a packet full of additives. When we moved to the UK, we couldn't find that same quality anywhere.

So we built it ourselves.
