Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting us before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for that billing cycle.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Refunds are not provided for already processed or shipped subscription orders.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Changes to Subscription

Customers may update, pause, or skip upcoming subscription orders before the next renewal date, subject to availability and processing timelines.
