Walk into any supermarket in the UK and you'll find shelves lined with refined white flour. Cheap, processed, and stripped of almost everything nutritious. At Ardent Source, we believe you deserve better.
Our range of stone ground flours — Jowar, Multigrain, Ragi, and Bajra — are made the way flour has always been made in traditional Indian households. Slowly. Carefully. With cold press stone grinding that preserves every nutrient, every mineral, and every gram of fibre nature put there.
No additives. No preservatives. No shortcuts.
What Makes Our Flour Different?
Stone Ground & Cold Pressed
Modern commercial flour is produced at high speed using steel rollers that generate intense heat. This heat destroys natural oils, vitamins, and fibre — leaving a product that's uniform in texture but nutritionally hollow.
Our flour is ground slowly between two stones at a low temperature. The grain passes through at a pace that keeps heat minimal — preserving the bran, germ, and natural oils exactly as nature intended.
9–12 Month Shelf Life — Naturally
No artificial preservatives are used. Our careful milling process and proper packaging give each flour a natural shelf life of 9–12 months. Store in a cool dry place and it stays fresh throughout.
No Additives. Ever.
What goes in is grain. What comes out is flour. Nothing else.

How We Mill Our Flour
Every bag of Ardent Source flour goes through the same traditional process:
- Grain selection — only whole, clean grains are used
- Cold press stone grinding — slow, low-temperature milling between two stones
- No sieving of bran — the whole grain is preserved in the flour
- Careful packaging — sealed to maintain freshness for 9–12 months naturally
This is how flour was made for thousands of years before industrial milling changed everything. We're simply going back to what worked.
